Thank you Simone for the use of the awesome kit and tag template!!

Let's get started!!
Open your template ( template 21 ) Shift +D to duplicate and close out the original for future uses. Delete the top layer( credits layer)
Select the "Circle" layer on the layer palette by clicking on it. Selections All, Selections Float, Selections DeFloat, Selections Modify- Smooth ( settings are 10 10 anti alis checked & preserve corners checked) OK then selections again Modify EXPAND x1
Open paper of choice (I used paper1) resize as needed and Copy it , Paste it onto your template, position to your liking and Selections >Invert. Then hit the Delete key on your keyboard. Selections > None.
Next, Highlight your "Stiches" layer on layer palette, ( depending on the paper you used, you may have to Xout the paper on your circle layer to see the stiches) Magic wand, select the stiches ( 1x1) then Flood Fill with a lighter color IF you used a darker paper as I did ( I used white on my stiches).
On layer palette, highlight the Heart layer ( either one is fine) Repeat above steps ( select all , float, defloat, modify-smooth, modify expand x1) open another paper of choice (I used paper 17) Resize as needed. Copy and paste it on to your template. Selections >Invert delete on keyboard Selections > None
On Layer Palette, Highlight the "Square" layer. Grab you magic Wand again and click inside the square. Open another paper of choice resize as needed Copy and paste that paper onto your Template. Selections Invert, Delete on Keyboard & Select None. ( I changed my paper's blend mode to Dodge)
Back on your "square" layer, Magic Wand and click the darker shaded border, Open another paper of choice and Resize as needed, Copy it & Paste it onto template. Invert and delete like we have been doing.
Give all your paper'd layers a drop shadow I used Vertical 0 Horizontal 0 Opac 60 Blur 7.0 Black in color, and I repeated that drop shadow on all layers ( I gave all layers that drop shadow 2 times)
Add the tube of your choice,Drop shadow of your choice ( I used Lokus 3D Shadow)
Add your artist ? & credits If your using Simone's kit and Template and wish to credit her also please do so as I have ... Me using Barbara Jensen's art my credits are as follows : Pinup ?Barbara Jensen my License# Scrapkit By Sophisticat Simone.
Add any elements you wish to your tag to pretty it up and give them a dropshadow
Add your name and and any wording you choose if your choose to and give them the same dropshadow we used earlier ( V&H 0 Opac 60 Blur 7.0 Black)
**** If you are using Paid Art to create your tag Please do the following to stay within the DPI ( Dots per inch / pixels per inch) Guideline of 72.
Go to IMAGE > Image Information > Click on the First tab check the DPI ( Dimentions Pixels per Inch) settings

If they are higher than 72.00 pixels per inch then click ok or cancel and go to IMAGE>RESIZE

And lower the RESOLUTION to 72.00 pixels/inch and go back to the top to height & width change those back too 100% check the ALL LAYERS box and click the OK button. This will make sure your tag is within the PTU TOU :-)
Now that your tag is finished and within the PTU TOU guides .... you can crop any extra off your tag and save as you normally would.
